How do Blackbird Services Work?
Get in touch with us, and we will asses your property’s potential. We will work with you on onboarding the property and setting up all softwares and systems.
Do I need to create the listing if I don’t have any account?
We will take care of everything. You will only need to verify your identity and add your payout information.
Why don’t you list the property under your own accounts?
If an incident occurs at a property, the account may be suspended or removed from the platform. Listing multiple owners' properties under one account exposes all owners to a higher risk if an incident happens at another property. This is a way to protect our clients' assets.
How many properties does Blackbird manage?
Over 50 properties.
Are there restrictions on how much I can use the home?
Your property is yours. If you plan to use it during the year, just let us know in advance so we can block off the dates.
If I have a cleaning crew or maintenance person I’m happy with, can they continue servicing my property?
Absolutely. We will coordinate with them to onboard our scheduling systems.
How long is the contract?
Our contract is 12 months long and renews automatically, with a 30-day notice for cancellation.
