Evergreen trees are beautiful year-round, and so is this cozy space. The decor is inspired by the trademark Evergreen trees of mountainous Colorado, so we call our home "The Evergreen."

Located just outside of Downtown Colorado Springs, our home is close to many popular attractions in the area.

The layout of the home features an updated and equipped galley-way kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom with a King bed, and a living room with a sleeper sofa.

What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Any safety considerations?

— Exterior security cameras on property: There is a ring security camera at the front entrance of the home. It records audio and video 24/7. There is also a security camera at the back entrance of the home. It records audio/video 24/7. The backyard camera does NOT face the hot tub. The cameras are here solely for your safety.

— Carbon monoxide alarm installed.

— Smoke alarm installed.

What is your pet policy?

For dog owners, we offer a dog-friendly listing for qualifying pets.

Please note that any damage caused by pets will be at the expense of the pet owner. There is a flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time.

The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. We welcome both you and up to 2 dogs! We unfortunately cannot allow cats at this time. We require all guests to agree to our pet rules before arrival.
