What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not on direct bookings. Only through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

How old do I have to be to rent this home?

The minimum age required to book is 21 years old.

Any safety considerations?

— May encounter potentially dangerous animal: Moose, bears, and other wildlife that live in the mountains may be present.

— Exterior security cameras on property: Two Security Cameras at front entrances of the home (Ring doorbell + Garage view security camera). Front doorbell camera can view the front entrance from the deck. The camera at the garage can view the driveway. Both cameras record audio/video 24/7. These are placed for your safety and security.

— Carbon monoxide alarm installed.

— Smoke alarm installed.

— Must climb stairs: There are stairs to enter the front door, however, garage access is at ground level and you can enter the home through the garage. The first set of stairs leads from the ground level to the main living are. The next set leads to the bedrooms.

There’s free parking on the premises.

What is your pet policy?

For dog owners, we offer a dog-friendly listing for qualifying pets.

Please note that any damage caused by pets will be at the expense of the pet owner. There is a flat fee for bringing a pet to cover the cleaner's time.

The cost of the pet clean is collected via Airbnb. We welcome both you and up to 2 dogs! We unfortunately cannot allow cats at this time. We require all guests to agree to our pet rules before arrival.
