— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— We have 1 ring camera on the front door recording audio and video 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the property.

— There’s free parking on the premises.
