What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not on direct bookings. Only through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

How old do I have to be to rent this home?

The minimum age required to book is 21 years old.

— We have a ring doorbell on the front door and a noise monitoring device that only detects noise decibal levels, it does not record any audio.

There’s free parking on the premises — 2 spaces.

What is your pet policy?

We allow up to 2 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.

If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

What is your smoking policy?

No smoking allowed inside the house.
