What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not on direct bookings. Only through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

What is your smoking policy?

NO SMOKING or Vaping of any kind will take place inside the property. Violation of this will result in a $500 charge. If you smoke outside, please make sure to clean butts and ashes.
