What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

— We have three security cameras outside the property: one by the front driveway, one at the front door, and one above the hot tub area. These cameras record both audio and video 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the property.

— Check-in after 4:00 pm

What is your pet policy?

We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.

If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.
