What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not on direct bookings. Only through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

Is the house safe?

— There are rivers and lakes nearby.

— We have 1 camera over the front porch and 1 over the driveway, recording audio and video 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the property. 

— Smoke alarm installed. 

What time is check-in and out?

— Check-in after 4:00 pm

— Check-out before 11:00 am

Where do I park?

Free driveway parking on premises — 6 spaces.

What is your pet policy?

We allow up to 2 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.

Dogs over 50lb not allowed. We reserve the right to decline the accommodation of certain dog breeds.

What is your smoking policy?

No smoking allowed in the premises.
