What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

— We have a motion-activated Ring camera outside front door and one outside the door to the back patio, recording audio and video 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the property.

We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.
