What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not on direct bookings. Only through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

How old do I have to be to rent this home?

The minimum age required to book is 21 years old.

Is the house safe?

— There is one video camera in the front of the property built into the doorbell, recording audio and video 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the property.

What time is check-in and out?

— Check-in after 4:00 pm

Where do I park?

You can park in the garage, 1 space available.

What is your pet policy?

We allow up to 2 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.

Dogs over 50lb are not allowed.

No smoking inside. Guests that leave smoke smells will be charged for costs associated with cleaning to remove odors.
