What is the cancellation policy?

Firm

— To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

— If the cancelation is between 7 and 30 days before check-in, the refund is of 50% for all nights.

— Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Not on direct bookings. Only through platforms like Airbnb or VRBO.

How old do I have to be to rent this home?

The minimum age required to book is 21 years old.

Any safety considerations?

— Ring doorbell located at the door frame, it records audio and video 24/7 & Nest Security Camera located on back of house to the east, it records audio and video 24/7

— There are 2 Carbon Monoxide Alarms. One in the utility closet and one in the hallway.

— There are smoke alarms in the hallway and bedrooms

What time is check-in and out?

— Check-in after 4:00 pm

— Check-out before 10:00 am

Where do I park?

We have 3 parking spots in our driveway & 2 in front of the house. *Please do not park in yard

What is your pet policy?

We allow up to 3 dogs of 50lb each, for $75 per pet per stay.

If you want to bring more than 3 dogs or any over 50lb, please send us an inquiry, and we will approve on a case-to-case basis, at $150 per pet.

What is your smoking policy?

No smoking allowed inside the house.
